  • Yes, reentry is allowed with a valid wristband. You will need to go through security & bag check every time you reenter.

Where can I smoke?

  • Smoking will be contained to the smoking lounge, a large indoor & air conditioned space. Vaping is also allowed in the smoking lounge, as well as outdoors on the patio.

Where should I park?

  • Parking garage closest to the venue
  • There is also street parking and multiple other public parking lots available throughout the Mill Ave area, subject to standard parking rates

 

How much does it cost to park?

  • If you’re parking close to the venue, rates are generally on average:

    • $12 Daily Maximum
 

I plan on drinking/smoking/partying and do not want to drive, what transportation methods are available?

  • Rideshare is encouraged if possible. There are many reliable public & private transportation services available in the Phoenix metro area. Tempe Transit Center (bus routes, Light Rail) is located only 2 blocks away from the venue at  200 E. Fifth Street. We also recommend LYFT, UBER and/or YELLOW CAB (480) 888-8888.

 

Can I take public transportation to the event?

  • Yes, the Valley Metro system provides public transportation throughout the greater Phoenix metro area. Tempe Transit Center (bus routes, Light Rail) is located only 2 blocks away from the venue at  200 E. Fifth Street. Do I have to show my I.D. to purchase beer or liquor?

  • Yes, Picture I.D. is required to purchase or consume alcohol. Your I.D. will be checked upon entrance into the event and could be checked randomly as asked throughout the event. All guests will be issued a wristband allowing alcohol purchase.

 

Will there be food & beverage available?

  • Yes, Anoche Cantina has a great Mexican-inspired menu including vegetarian options.

 

Do the food vendors accept debit or credit cards?

  • Yes, Anoche Cantina accepts all debit & credit cards. ATM’s are also available for your convenience.

  • Yes, we are committed to making each of our events ADA compliant. This entire event will be happening on the ground level with easy access into the entrance.

 

Will First Aid/Medical Personnel be on site?

  • There will be fully stocked First Aid kits available if needed provided by Anoche Cantina.

 

Will Emergency Assistance be available on site?

  • No. Call 911 for any medical emergencies during the event.

 

Lost & Found

  • All lost or misplaced items should be brought to either the front gate or one of the operating bars at the venue. Deep Stories & Anoche Cantina assume no responsibility for any lost or misplaced items.

 

Lost Children & Adults

  • Guests seeking lost adults may go to the front gate and/or notify house security for assistance.

Code of Conduct

Deep Stories & Anoche Cantina have a zero-tolerance policy for violent, objectionable, disorderly and/or disruptive behavior, including unauthorized solicitors. Violators will be escorted from the premises. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and memorable experience for all our event guests. In order to do so, a strict code of conduct has been created and all event participants and patrons are expected to follow these rules. Guests will show respect for the event location, grounds, coordinators, vendors, sponsors and participants by leaving the following items at home: ABSOLUTELY NO TOLERANCE WITH Firearms, knives or other weapons, Coolers and outside food or beverage, Bicycles, skateboards, skates inside the premises.

The following actions will result in immediate ejection of event grounds: • Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone. • Possession or use of illegal drugs or excessive and irresponsible use of alcohol. • Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property. • Taunting, abusive or disruptive language and obscene gestures.

An individual participating in any of these behaviors will be removed from the event and passes will be revoked. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.

Prohibited Items

PROHIBITED ITEMS - NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND (exception: on-duty law enforcement officers with jurisdiction). Including but not limited to pepper spray, slingshots, sticks, bats, clubs, tasers, brass knuckles, etc. Including but not limited to water guns, squirt guns, play swords, etc. No open flames, No outside food or beverage inside the event, (1) unopened plastic bottle of water per guest is allowed, any size. No coolers or ice chests, No drones, No Fireworks or explosive/incendiary devices of any kind, No skates, skateboards, hoverboards, or bicycles, No Pets, Exception: Registered Service Animals

No drugs or drug paraphernalia
No chemicals, poisons and/or hazardous materials
No laser pens or similar focused-light devices
No hydration backpacks or packs, ex. “Camelbacks”
No vending of any kind without a vendor pass
Sharing & trading is allowed. Sales transactions are not.
Any other items that security determines will or could have a negative impact on the event and it’s guests
