Joint and Blunt Rolling Contest Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my participation in the Joint and Blunt Rolling Contest:

1. Age Verification:
   I affirm that I am of legal age to possess and use tobacco and cannabis in my jurisdiction. I understand that I must provide valid government-issued identification on the day of the event to verify my age.
2. Assumption of Risk:
   I acknowledge that participation in the Joint and Blunt Rolling Contest involves handling cannabis and tobacco products. I am aware of the risks associated with using these products, including but not limited to respiratory issues, increased heart rate, and altered mental states. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with these activities, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers or others, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.
3. Compliance with Rules:
   I agree to comply with all the rules and regulations of the event. I understand that failure to do so may result in my disqualification from the contest and removal from the premises.
4. Tobacco Use:
   I acknowledge that certain wraps used in the contest may contain tobacco, which is known to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. I accept the use of tobacco-containing wraps in the contest and the potential health risks associated with handling and using tobacco.
5. Release and Waiver:
   I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, sponsors, advertisers, and venue owners or lessees and their agents, officers, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the event.
6. Indemnification:
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
7. Acceptance of Terms:
   I acknowledge that I have read this release of liability and waiver agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
